Central Plains Book Manufacturing
From their digital and traditional prepress to web and sheet-fed presses, they produce most of their work in-house so they can control costs and scheduling. In 2004 they added in-house casebinding and digital printing to their services, along with glued or smythsewn hardcover books for smaller runs. They give competitive quotes for print runs of less than 1,000 books.
Friesens
Manufactures books for publishers all across North America specializing in full colour hardcover and softcover books. Lammar Printing (Hong Kong)
