Vancouver cloud images and much more
Scenes worthy of recording with a camera exist everywherefrom nearby flowers, buildings, rocks and watercourses, stretching out to the clouds and the sun, and beyond them to the distant stars. To capture what I want, I have to let go of habitual busy-ness, become patient, truly look around, see how the sky and the earth are connected.
I learn that the play of light and shadow can change at any moment, that each day is unlike any other, that seasons change, and that there are scenes worth remembering in each one. Sometimes there is the mysterious sense of being part of something greater.
