Editors' Association of Canada provides a hotline service for getting quotes from editors. Click on Hiring an Editor, then Hotlines, then Editor Request Form. Submit this form, and an email with your request will be forwarded to all member editors. You'll receive several replies from editors, including their rates and qualifications.
